Mango salsa
Mix together - 2 mangoes, ½inch cubes, 2 tomatoes, chopped, ½ each of red
and yellow pepper, chopped, ¼ bunch coriander, chopped finely,1 lime,
freshly squeezed and ½ orange freshly squeezed.
Guacamole
Mix together 4 avocados, mashed, 1 or more tomatoes, diced, ¼ bunch
coriander, chopped finely, ½ each of freshly squeezed orange and lemon
Raspberry Vinaigrette
Blend - ½ pint raspberries, 1-2 oranges - juice of, 1 cup sunflower seeds,
soaked 12 hours and sprouted one day.
Green Ginger Soup
Blend 2 cups diced tomatoes and/or cucumber,1 cup water, 4 cups of slightly
packed spinach, 1 medium avocado,1 inch of fresh ginger, juice of one
lemon, 2 tabs olive or seed oil. Eat cold.
Curried Coconut sauce
7 carrots, 2 cups coconut milk, 1 ½ teas curry powder, add coriander/thyme
and marjoram to taste - blend
Apricot sauce
Soak 1 cup of dried apricots, or 4-6 fresh ones, 2 fresh bananas, 1 frozen
banana, 1 apple and juice of 1 lemon - blend.
Creamy mint sauce
2 fresh bananas, 1 frozen banana, ½ cup spearmint leaves, juice of one lime
- blend.
Apple flax dressing
Juice of 1 apple, ½ cup fennel juice, ½ cup lemon juice, ¼ cup flax oil, 2
teasp finely diced feathery part of fennel bulb - blend.
